ShahSpin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and ShahSpin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ShahSpin website at shahspin.click and all games, betting markets and services available through it. By registering an account on ShahSpin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the ShahSpin platform.

1. Eligibility

To register and use ShahSpin, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ShahSpin does not permit players under 18 to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing ShahSpin from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to confirm your legal status before registering.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, trusts and automated systems may not register accounts on ShahSpin.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a ShahSpin employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ShahSpin for any reason. Players whose accounts have been closed for misconduct or self-exclusion may not re-register.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration and update it promptly if any details change.

ShahSpin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement matching your registered address, or additional documentation as required for anti-money laundering compliance. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one ShahSpin account only. If ShahSpin discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances and winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full, and the original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your ShahSpin login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to place bets or play games using your account. ShahSpin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ShahSpin support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. ShahSpin will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include suspending the account temporarily while the investigation is in progress.

• Account registration on ShahSpin is free of charge.
• You must use a valid, accessible email address for your account — ShahSpin uses email for account verification, payment notifications and important service communications.
• ShahSpin may place restrictions on your account at any time if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering or any other breach of these Terms.
• Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month. ShahSpin will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee.

3. Deposits and Payments

ShahSpin accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on ShahSpin: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount on ShahSpin is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and your account verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your ShahSpin account.

Deposits are typically credited to your ShahSpin PKR balance immediately for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. ShahSpin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider outside of the ShahSpin system.

ShahSpin does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees or charges — these are outside ShahSpin's control and your responsibility to check before depositing.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your ShahSpin balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. ShahSpin reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where necessary and will notify you in advance of doing so.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ShahSpin is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing. ShahSpin aims to process Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 10 minutes of the request being approved. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Your ShahSpin account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This means providing a valid CNIC copy and any additional documents requested during the verification process.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an open dispute, is under investigation or has been flagged for review.
• ShahSpin does not charge withdrawal fees. If your bank or payment provider charges a receiving fee, that is outside ShahSpin's control.
• Bonus funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. See Section 7 (Bonuses) for full details.
• ShahSpin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests before releasing funds. This is standard anti-money laundering practice and is not an indication of wrongdoing on your part.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ShahSpin are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of your ShahSpin account for each market type. By placing a bet on ShahSpin, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and placed. ShahSpin reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a system error that displayed incorrect odds. In such cases, stakes are returned to your ShahSpin balance. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds that should have been obviously incorrect to a reasonable player may also be voided at ShahSpin's discretion.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and system availability. ShahSpin cannot guarantee in-play markets will be available throughout every event.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before the result is determined, bets will be settled according to ShahSpin's event-specific rules, which are available in the sportsbook.
• Match-fixing, insider information and any form of cheating in sports betting are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have placed bets using inside information will be closed immediately and all associated winnings forfeited.
• ShahSpin reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or any combination of bets placed by a single player within a 24-hour period.

6. Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slots in the ShahSpin lobby use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in a professionally managed studio environment and streamed to your device. The outcome of every spin, hand or round is determined by the game's RNG or by the physical outcome of the live dealer's actions — not by ShahSpin's system.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ShahSpin's system will resolve the round using the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be resolved due to a system error, the stake for that round will be returned to your ShahSpin balance. Completed rounds whose outcomes were determined before the disconnection will stand as settled.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ShahSpin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general bonus rules in this section apply to all ShahSpin bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most ShahSpin bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute less — check the specific offer terms for the exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money bets are deducted from your real money balance first. If your real money balance reaches zero, bets are placed from your bonus balance.
• ShahSpin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from your account if it is reasonably believed the bonus was obtained by exploitation, misrepresentation or in breach of these Terms.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus per household or IP address. Multiple bonus accounts from the same household will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. ShahSpin does not guarantee any outcome from a bonus offer.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ShahSpin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one ShahSpin account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical device to place bets or play games on ShahSpin.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or create artificial betting patterns.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the ShahSpin system, game software or payment infrastructure.
• Using ShahSpin for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ShahSpin to obscure the origin of funds.
• Posting, sharing or uploading any harmful, offensive or illegal content through any communication channel on ShahSpin.
• Abusing the ShahSpin bonus system by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions on offers, or by any other means of bonus exploitation.
• Attempting to access ShahSpin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law while misrepresenting your location.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

ShahSpin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete identity verification when requested; account inactivity; compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, ShahSpin reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, verified funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own ShahSpin account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification being complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

ShahSpin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ShahSpin makes every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without error, interruption or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShahSpin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you on ShahSpin in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ShahSpin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

12. Privacy

ShahSpin collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at shahspin.click/privacy-policy. By registering on ShahSpin, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in it. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

13. Changes to These Terms

ShahSpin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ShahSpin will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of ShahSpin after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ShahSpin and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
